Shutting the Citizens from our Parliamentary Jury Pools

Read this letter in the context that Canada is building vast monuments as supposed "memorials" or educating structures to events that happened before 1945. Then remember that the politicians, that these people are friends with, redirect multi-millions in our taxes to these structures while saying that there is not enough in the tax coffers to grant the common citizen justice.

After you read the book, you will understand that this is an illegal use of influence and becomes a blatant obstruction of justice for poor people in our nations. This is the very idiocy these structures say that they are against....

Dear Sir and Madam;

Legal “experts”. Legal manipulators!

I am in Thunder Bay, copying those letters included in the mailing to others. I am sitting in a Tim Horton’s. I am sitting contemplating the pending meeting I am to be having. I have forgotten, completely, those attack ads whose sponsor’s are hidden from the viewer’s revelation by “the fine print” WHILE the majority of the public is either fuming that this is allowed by redirected tax dollars, and makes good propaganda. Or (is part of the public that) has simply, cynically, withdrawn.

I have sat and listened to CTV’s Seamus and his cute blonde sidekick and their version of what our news should be. They are chirping about another Conservative bureaucrat trying to get taxed dollars for his sexy fiancee. They are talking about a common’s committee session that may declare the Harper government in contempt. They are talking about a hearing for Bev Oda, for altering a public document.

But, they are silent to this.

I am sitting with a cup of tea. I am alone at a table. I am contemplating things. I am in deep thought. There is a young, chubby man who, in the olden days, we would say has Downs Syndrome. If he were in Germany before 1945, he would have been targeted for gross experimentation and extermination, even IF he were a “pure blooded” German. But, because of 1945, we are told, his cohorts are cheering him on because he is obviously so pleased that he got his pay cheque, today.

I am smiling silently as this transpires. He sits at a table next to me, obviously waiting for his ride. I see him glancing at me occasionally. He rises and he disappears behind me. Without a word, this kind man slipped a Thunder Bay paper under my elbow. I thank him. I am moved.

The headline on this newspaper?

Criminal Code trials in Thunder Bay are being shut down because First Nation people have been excluded off jury pools.

The same page carries a report on the farce in Ottawa. There, elected officials have created a “new system of justice”. The rest of us are too stupid. WE, despite our laws, are removed from the “jury pool”. Only “our elected” shall decide what happens to Bev Oda and their other friends.

This happens despite the legal duty to the constitutional promise that we are all “equals before and under the law”.

One example only. Apply it to all others. Bev Oda alters a document. She is in a position where the Criminal Code defines this as a blatant breach of trust. Instead of you and I, the citizens, being allowed to warn Ms. Oda to resign OR to face Criminal Code charges OR civil action at our choice, our Parliamentarians set up a process to hold their own trial. After all, they are elected! They are now above us! They are now a law unto themselves!

Despite 1945.

NO, Ms. Stein and Mr. Murray. You and your organizations are a deep part of this problem. And, yes, I will not allow you, OR your esteemed “boards”, in your hypocritical but “esteemed” organizations, to continue to be part of this. You, in your complicity, have made a farce of every ounce of blood shed or burned to 1945, prompting those laws which our elected make new laws to elevate themselves above, while the citizens know all of this is wrong.

You may be offended that I “threaten and demand” $100,000 so that my book is freely published. BUT you, and your groups, will demonstrate that you are not hypocrites, who think that you are also above the law OR I will, in time, see justice. I will chase down every partisan member of your boards AND the members of your boards who build your grand reputations and edifices on taxed dollars that ignore the stark removal of justice, for ANY and ALL citizens, that happens in real time.

IF that real justice is not allowed us, I assure you that I, along with every citizen of Canada, will see every one of your boards of directors AND your organizations bankrupted and your buildings torn down, as an illegal disgrace to what the laws after 1948 said every citizen in this nation was and would see. Your statues to yourselves are no better than Saddam Hussein’s statues to himself.

Equality under the law. Accountability under the law. Accountability to the original law.

Not the law as you and your esteemed colleagues would have it.

So, yes, you, as the correspondence included implies, may hope that the whole story is starved out. Or you can send me written confirmation by March 24 that your esteemed members are willing to sponsor a freely worded debate that none of these attack ads talk about and which our greatest White Hope, Elizabeth May, makes more farce over.

I trust that I will have a note via email or to the address on this letterhead by March 24, 5 p.m.. Agreeing to discuss how you will meet my “demands”.

OR, book by book until stone by stone your disgraceful conduct is removed as a blight on the future for this planet. This globe as Ms. Stein is wont to call it.

But, who among you this is being copied to pretends to be “ethical” and stays silent?
